Advanced Vocal Pte Ltd

Advanced Vocal Pte Ltd is a singing studio inside Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre that opened in April 2025, the venture of vocal coach Raymond Yeo. By day and evening it teaches singing; Yeo runs evening classes himself, and his students include working performers and, notably, older singers preparing for singing competitions. The unit doubles as a rehearsal space for hire, fitted with recording-studio-grade audio equipment so singers can practise properly amplified without booking a full studio. CNA, which profiled the business, framed it as a deliberately affordable neighbourhood option: Yeo chose the ageing Upper Serangoon mall precisely because its low rents let him keep prices down for residents. That positioning makes it a different species from the city-centre vocal schools - a heartland studio where community singers, hobbyists and competition regulars share the same rooms. Its directory profile, however, is sparse: no phone number, no website and an address string garbled with stray characters, so the reliable facts are the mall, the coach and the dual lesson-and-rehearsal model. Enquiries currently run through this profile's contact routes.
