Creamfire Guitar and Ukulel

Creamfire is a private guitar and ukulele teacher's practice in Bedok, listed at 205 Bedok North Street 1 and reachable on 9745 0740, with a personal teaching blog as its online home rather than a school website. The blog shows what lessons actually look like: pupils strum and sing through chords such as C, Am, F, G, G7, D and Em, learn to pluck out melodies for songs they cannot yet sing along to, and move on to fingerstyle ukulele, where chords and individual notes are combined so the tune can be heard on its own. One guitar pupil is described plucking classical melodies as well as strumming chords and patterns, and many pupils are teenagers working on contemporary songs, playing along with recordings. The teacher has also run a whole-level school ukulele programme at Yu Neng Primary School, ending in a finale performance before a large audience. A blog post notes that private time slots were available and invites enquiries on 9745 0740, though current availability is not confirmed on the blog.
