✦About
Get to know us.
Customwerkz Guitars sits in a Marsiling HDB block rather than a shopping mall, and the picture that emerges is of a working guitar service bench, not a classroom. Review summaries collected on a third-party music-store guide describe Shahrul as friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, taking time to understand what each customer needs and giving expert advice on guitar repairs and setup, with workmanship singled out for praise. The directory address is Blk 206 Marsiling Dr, #04-302, and the contact number on file is 8418 9951. No website of its own was found, so opening hours, pricing, and turnaround times are all unconfirmed. Players looking for a setup or a repair have a plausible local option here; anyone wanting lessons or a commissioned custom build should check first, because neither is confirmed on any page opened for this business. The same guide's praise centres on Shahrul himself: customers describe him as attentive to detail and dedicated to high-quality service, which is the closest thing to a reputation record this business has.
