Gift Singing Studio

Gift Singing Studio is a singing practice founded by vocal coach Lynn, built around the idea that every voice is welcomed, celebrated and developed with care. The studio's name takes its inspiration from Psalm 100, which presents singing as both a gift from God and a gift to offer, and Lynn's stated mission is to help beginners and seasoned singers alike discover the gift of their voice and grow in confidence, skill and musical expression. Lynn is a certified teacher with the Institute for Vocal Advancement (IVA), a methodology based on vocal science, function and balance, and she holds a Degree in Popular Music & Economics together with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. That combination shapes lessons for singers of all ages, from young children to adults, in person and online. Her teaching experience includes MOE primary and secondary schools across Singapore, tertiary-level choirs and show choirs including Ngee Ann Polytechnic and Yale-NUS College, private vocal coaching and performance preparation, and school-wide singing enrichment programmes. In each lesson she focuses on exploring the student's unique voice, building vocal confidence and comfort, teaching healthy and sustainable technique, and encouraging musicality, expression and connection, so that singing feels natural, achievable and rewarding. The directory records the studio on Seagull Walk in Singapore; call 8967 6120 to enquire.
