About

Get to know us.

Green Drumming by BEAT'ABOX turns waste into drums. Started as the first recycled drumming group in 2019, the outfit now describes itself on its own website as a provider of performances, workshops, installations and collaborative projects, run by a team of performers, artists and educators who are MOE-registered, AMIS-certified and NAC-AEP approved, with over 20 years of collective experience. Its studio sits at GR.iD mall, 1 Selegie Road, #03-05, Singapore 188306, and its contact number is 9295 2427. Schools are the core audience: NAC-AEP programmes run as 8-week or 12-week courses, MOE programmes span primary, secondary and tertiary levels, and one-off assembly sessions and enrichment workshops of three to four classes or about two hours are also offered. Beyond schools, the group runs corporate teambuilding, performance training, CSR work and a year-long Corporate Immersion Programme, alongside community WeCare, holistic and festive programmes. A Green Training Programme exists for committed adult learners with three to five years of cajon or percussion training, starting with a minimum of five participants. This is group and institutional work by appointment, not a conventional weekly drum school, and programme pricing is on enquiry.
