Jingyun Ng (Jyn) / Know Your Voice

Know Your Voice is the voice practice of Jingyun Ng, known as Jyn, a Singapore-based voice educator who describes the work as queer-affirming voice training and mindfulness coaching. Her own site, based in Bukit Panjang with a Gangsa Road footer address, says she has more than 10 years of experience in voice teaching and awareness exploration facilitation, and presents Know Your Voice as a collaborative, curiosity-led space for voice lessons and training, arts performance coaching, bodymind awareness exploration, nurturing mindfulness and self-discovery. The approach is informed by principles of Alexander Technique, physical training, psychosomatic wellness and motor learning, and she says she works with people in individual and group settings. The stated aim is practical as well as expressive: to use speaking and singing voices as wanted, whenever wanted, and to move, perform and handle everyday life with greater ease. The directory lists the contact number 9771 0655, which matches the +65 97710655 printed on her own site, and the live listing carries the directory's Verified Partner mark.
