JoyWaltzAcademy At Northshore Plaza

JoyWaltzAcademy at Northshore Plaza brings a classroom-based children's music programme to Punggol, at 407 Northshore Drive, unit 03-08, with phone 8778 4583. Its parent brand, JoyWaltzStudio, describes itself as a music provider at international schools, primary schools, pre-schools, Montessori centres and private clubs, and as a certified People's Association Operator, with the stated aim of giving every child the opportunity to learn beautiful music. The named courses give a clear picture of the teaching style. Little Pianist Course uses a flexible roll-up piano, Little Pianissimo has students playing favourite tunes on the piano in their own classroom, Little Violinist Course builds violin interest alongside music theory, and Little Ukulele Course teaches classic hits such as Rainbow Connection with singing along. A Little Music Camp introduces different instruments together with music history, aural work and making musical instruments, while Little Tots Music Course offers toddlers a holistic musical experience through illustrations and customised songs. The brand also hosts occasional recitals and workshops, and describes itself as a social enterprise supporting employment for people with disabilities and subsidised rates for low-income families.
