KC Lau Music

KC Lau Music offers structured one-to-one guitar lessons in Singapore and online, built around each student's level and goals rather than a fixed group syllabus. Teacher KC Lau holds a Bachelor of Music in Guitar Performance from Musicians Institute in Hollywood, is a former music lecturer, and brings more than ten years of teaching experience alongside work as a professional session guitarist and active performing musician. Lessons focus on technique, rhythm and musical understanding, covering contemporary styles including pop, rock, blues, funk and fingerstyle, and suit complete beginners as well as intermediate players, children and adults. New students can start with a free one-time 30-minute trial lesson to discuss goals and experience how lessons are structured. In-person lessons take place in a home studio, while online lessons run over Zoom, and a guitar can be provided for in-person students who do not bring their own. KC also offers professional session guitar recording for tracks, covers and original music. Single-lesson prices on his site start at $60 for 30 minutes, with four-lesson packages available, and payment is by PayNow or bank transfer.
