LiFaSoh Music (Classical Guitar | Ukulele Lessons)

LiFaSoh Music teaches classical guitar and ukulele from a home teaching room in the Tampines North area, around Tampines Street 61, Tampines Avenue 9 and Tampines North Drive 1, about three bus stops from Tampines MRT and bus interchange, with buses 68, 72 and 127 among the routes serving the area. The directory address of 604 Tampines Avenue 9 sits inside that same neighbourhood, near Our Tampines Hub and UWC South East Asia's East Campus. Two tracks are offered: leisure lessons for classical guitar and ukulele, and graded classical guitar through the ABRSM practical exam. Lessons are individual or in a group of two with a family member or friend, normally four weekly lessons a month of 30 to 45 minutes each, with a pay-per-day option for students who cannot commit weekly. Practical terms are stated plainly: no deposit, monthly fees paid at the start of the month, replacement lessons for missed sessions given valid reason or at least a day's notice, and lessons in an air-conditioned room rather than a crowded shopping mall. Online lessons over Zoom, or a partly online pattern, are also available.
