Listening Lab - Hearing Aids Centre in Simei, Singapore

Listening Lab is a home-grown hearing specialist, and its Simei centre sits at 248 Simei Street 3, #01-132, reachable on 6817 5100. Rather than selling devices off the shelf, the clinic starts with a comprehensive hearing test and diagnosis, then fits hearing aids matched to the client's lifestyle, with an audiologist recommending the device rather than a one-size-fits-all model. Its own site describes a multidisciplinary team of audiologists, hearing specialists, auditory-verbal therapists and audiometricians, and a patient-first approach built around unhurried consultations and clear explanations, particularly for adults, seniors and elderly clients. A free hearing test, covering pure tones and speech tests with no obligation to buy, is offered at its clinics. After a full-service fitting, clients join a Lifetime Aftercare Programme covering unlimited tuning and programming adjustments, regular maintenance checks and deep cleaning, annual hearing re-assessments, and complimentary cleaning accessories and batteries. The site puts the journey from first consultation to fitting at roughly one to two weeks, depending on customisation.
