Ming Music 明乐坊（前李伟菘音乐学校分校）

Founded by principal Zhu XiaoMing, Ming Music is a Woodlands music school rooted in the former Lee Wei Song School of Music, and its stated goal is personalised teaching that mixes technical development, creative expression and performance chances. The school sits at 12 Woodlands Square, #02-71 Woods Square Tower 1, a short walk from Woodlands MRT, and can be reached on 6265 1811. Vocal lessons cover technique and breath control, stage performance and confidence, contemporary and pop singing styles, LCM examination preparation, and competition and audition coaching. Guitar teaching spans acoustic, electric and bass guitar alongside ukulele, while keyboard lessons work on chords, rhythm, coordination and technique through pop keyboard, music theory, play-and-sing and stage performance. A music video and recording experience lets students turn classroom work into a finished performance, framed by the school as a confidence-building milestone. Its motto, Learn. Grow. Perform., sums up a community-minded approach that welcomes students aiming to build friendships as well as skill.
