Sylvia Ng Piano Studio

Sylvia Ng Piano Studio, at 365 Holland Road, Singapore 278639, is home to the Louansyl Piano Method, a teaching approach invented by pianist Sylvia Ng, who holds a Master of Music. Its courses page states that piano and theory lessons are offered to students of all ages and levels from as young as three years old, in one-to-one individual lessons and small groups, alongside regular performance classes and student recitals. The studio's home page records students passing Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music and Trinity College London practical and theory exams from Grades 1 to 8 and attaining diploma-level qualifications at young ages, including Licentiate of Trinity College London passes at ages ten and eleven, and lists international competition prizes won by its young students. That exam and competition record is the studio's most distinctive published evidence, and it sits alongside a stated teaching purpose: that music exists to be enjoyed, and that teachers pass that enjoyment to the next generation.
