The Hungarian Touch

The Hungarian Touch invites students to learn to play the Hungarian way, and its own website makes the offer concrete: one-to-one piano lessons for all levels and all ages, in a relaxed and friendly studio. Beginners are given a solid foundation in piano playing, intermediate players work on refining technique, finger work, and dexterity, and advanced players go deeper into nuance beyond simply playing the correct notes. The programme strands are classical training with attention to hand, wrist, and arm control, theory lessons that connect written music to sound, pop repertoire built around favourite soundtracks and tunes of the day, musicianship through active listening and exploration, and preparation for piano practical, performance, and theory exams. Students are encouraged to share their needs in the first lesson so teaching can be tailored to them, and newcomers are warmly invited to experience a complimentary trial lesson in the studio. The directory places the studio at 50 E Coast Rd, #01-138 Roxy Square, though that address does not appear on the home page read.
