The Music Explorer

Behind The Music Explorer is Joanna, a professional piano teacher whose own site describes ABRSM graded and performance qualifications in music education with a specialisation in piano, backed by 30 years of teaching. She teaches students of all ages and skill levels, from beginners through to advanced pianists, and prepares pupils for exams and recitals. Lessons are tailored to each student's needs and goals, with attention to technique, musicality and repertoire; classical piano repertoire is her specialism, other genres are also incorporated, and music theory and sight-reading receive strong emphasis. Her site reports that many students have passed piano exams and some have gone on to pursue music at a higher level or as a career. The directory listing gives the address as Block 701 West Coast Road and the phone number 9127 9729. Lesson fees, trial terms and whether teaching happens at that address or elsewhere are not stated on the pages read, so those points need confirming before booking.
