✦About
Get to know us.
The Music Scientist is an early-childhood enrichment provider, not a conventional instrument school, and its directory instrument labels should be ignored. Its own site describes baby and toddler classes built on originally composed music, movement, sensory play and general-knowledge themes, aimed at early cognitive growth, motor and auditory skills, confidence and social skills. The named preschool-ready programme, SMART-START, runs in English and Chinese versions for children aged 18 to 47 months and follows the Nurturing Early Learners framework, with classes lasting about an hour and including hands-on science activities alongside songs, dance and props. The provider also runs programmes in preschools, field trips and teacher training, and parent accounts on the site praise catchy original songs and themed monthly content. Two addresses are published: 300 Tampines Avenue 5, Tampines Junction, #06-03, NTUC Income, Singapore 529653, which matches the directory listing, and 80 Marine Parade Road, #19-01, with phone 6909 6350. Class fees, timetables and trial terms are not published on the home page, and which programmes run at which branch is not stated.
