TINC DJ ACADEMY

TINC DJ Academy in Ubi teaches DJing as a contemporary craft, with a hands-on approach aimed at entry into Singapore's current music industry. Beginners start with DJ Foundations, which covers the essentials of mixing, music structure and hardware and software basics, with the goal of spinning a first mix with confidence. Students who want a personal route can take the Tailor-made course, curated around individual goals such as refining technique, exploring new genres or developing a signature style. The Advanced Tailor-made course moves to industry-standard setups, creative mashups and multi-genre transitions, with emphasis on building routines, experimenting with styles and preparing for real gigs. Exclusively for advanced students, a Mentorship course under DJ TINC adds live performance opportunities and insight into the DJ and music industry. The academy's stated aim is to take students from the building blocks of musicianship to confident entertainment professionals, which frames every course as preparation for real industry work. The academy sits at 67 Ubi Rd 1, #06-06, and can be reached at 8804 1772 or tinc@tincmusic.com.
