Wells Music Publishers

Wells Music Publishers, at 29B Binjai Park, Singapore 589831, publishes educational music resources for teachers, students and musicians rather than operating as a conventional lesson studio. Its catalogue is led by the Practice in Music Theory series, from the full-colour Little Ones Book A, which uses playful fruit characters and a circus setting to teach theory fundamentals and lead towards Grade 1, up to the Grade 8 coursebook covering advanced harmonic vocabulary, trio sonata textures, pianoforte writing, melodic composition and score reading. Its Teachers' Choice piano collections, edited by Josephine Koh, gather 28 pieces carried forward into the 2027 and 2028 ABRSM examination syllabus for Grades 6 and 7, with fingering, pedalling and stylistic annotation. The publisher's exhibition history runs from the Frankfurt Musikmesse in Germany between 2007 and 2011 to the Shanghai Messe in October 2025, in collaboration with Beijing TianRui-Xianghe Culture and Media, and its site notes a first structured training in Singapore in 2026 for the new ABRSM Teachers' Diplomas, ARSM and LRSM. Alongside the shop, Wells offers online consultation lessons via Zoom in practical subjects or music theory for students or teachers, including international students. The listing phone is 6468 2928.
