The school has been teaching since 2008, and its name comes from four pitches: Fa, So, So and La.
Lessons and programmes
- Piano: Kinder Piano for ages 4-6 (no exams, small groups, three levels), Graded Piano, Adult Leisure Piano and a Flexible Adult Leisure Piano option for busy schedules.
- Keyboard: Kinder Keyboard for ages 4-6, Graded Keyboard, Adult Leisure Keyboard and Flexible Adult Leisure Keyboard (no exams).
- Violin: Kinder Violin (small groups, three levels) and Graded Violin with a structured syllabus and performance opportunities.
- Guitar: Kinder Guitar from age 5, Graded Guitar, and an 11-lesson Pop Guitar for Leisure course covering classical to pop, acoustic to electric.
- Ukulele: a course for young learners and adults covering tuning, chords and songs.
- Music theory: a graded music theory course covering rhythm, intervals, keys, scales and chords.
- Short-term holiday courses: offered in June and November-December, including the 12-lesson Music Explorer course for ages 5-10 (violin, keyboard and guitar).
Private home music teacher service
For parents with busy schedules, Fasosola also offers private home music lessons in piano, violin, keyboard and guitar, with bilingual instruction, flexible schedules and customised courses.
