Common questions.
No. Absolute beginners are welcome and most students start at Level 1. If you already have some background, a trial lesson or an audition video helps the school place you at the right level.
No. Hark Music focuses on helping you confidently play and sing the pop songs you love rather than preparing for academic grading. Coaches assess your progress at every level.
Yes. Trial lessons are one-to-one, with a nominal fee of $50 that is fully rebatable if you sign up for a course. Fill in the Take-a-Trial form with your preferred days and timings.
Fees are billed in continuous 4-lesson cycles, with no bulky upfront package. You get $15 off each cycle when you pay by GIRO. Your rate depends on class setting, coach grade and peak or off-peak timing. Request a copy of the fee schedule from the school.
Private coaching (individual, pair or trio, or a group of your own friends or family) and small-group vocal classes with open enrolment, designed mainly for adults aged 18 to 49.
For a private lesson, give at least 24 hours' notice through the Hark Learners portal to reschedule or cancel. Small-group lessons cannot be paused, but catch-up sessions can be arranged subject to studio and coach availability.
