Millet Music Pte Ltd

Millet Music is a music school in Singapore offering singing lessons and piano lessons Singapore students can join from its studio at Kingly Building on South Bridge Road. Established in 2011, Millet Music is a hub for music education, audio production and live event management, led by co-founders Michael Tong, Vincent Ng, Chew Peh Boon and Ashton Koh.

Lessons and programmes

• Pop Vocals: diaphragm breathing, pitch control, voice placement, projection, resonance, diction and ear training.
• Pop Piano: learn to play by ear, chord progressions and reharmonisation, and how to sing while accompanying yourself.
• Classical Piano: for students aged 5 and above, following the ABRSM syllabus from foundational levels to Grade 8, with a path to Diploma level. Lessons cover technique, sight-reading, rhythm training and theory.
• Millet Kiddies: a course for young children developed by Mdm Chew Peh Boon that blends music activities with Chinese language learning.
