Music Mood

Music Mood is a Singapore music school and teacher-matching service that has offered cello and violin lessons in Singapore for beginners, adults and kids since 2014. Its office is at The Bencoolen, 180 Bencoolen Street, opposite NAFA in the Bras Basah area, and tutors can also come to the student's home.

Lessons and programmes

• Adult cello and violin lessons: group classes for adult beginners with no music background, built around playing favourite songs quickly.
• Kids cello and violin lessons: a separate programme for children, with sight reading, basic music theory and playing skills, starting with a 45-minute trial session.
• Home and online lessons: private teachers can travel to your house at your preferred timing, and online lessons via Skype or Zoom are available.
• Music theory lessons and piano accompaniment for exams.
• Violin, cello and viola rental, plus violin and cello sales.
• Live music for weddings and corporate events, and school music programmes for preschools and clubs.
